Beautiful morning!

Had the lap pool all to myself (and one lifeguard) this morning for about half of my workout.  Sweet!  Sun is out, sky is blue and I’m swimming.  Doesn’t get much better than that.

0 to 1650 begins…

After a loooooooong bout with sickness that lasted from Thanksgiving on and off until a few weeks ago, I am FINALLY well and starting to swim again.  I learned to really appreciate my health and how wonderful it feels to use my muscles again!

So my goal is to be able to swim a mile again, and I’m following a 6-week training program to achieve it (see link in my sidebar).
